I normally get this product from my naturapathic doctor but I was out of town so had to get it through Amazon. This product is for a cough, not for a cold or flu. Whenever my little girl gets any kind of cold it always ends up in her chest because of her asthma. This is the only product that will make the cough go away. At the same time, it builds up the immune system. It is excellent and natural. For 2 years I used a home remedy of local honey, lemon and blended up purple onions. I would give her a tablespoon of this every hour on the hour. That blend works as well as the Guna but now that my daughter is getting older it's just easier to give her the Guna.
